Motorcycle Learner

Thanks Mal for the loaner of the "Fat Hog". The beauty about riding a postie is that even 50 km/h feels like a blistering pace.

I did get my learner's permit back in 1999, but it has expired in the meantime. I had a few stacks back then - always yanking on the front brack at the slightest sign of danger. Oh, but it will be all different this time around... I will be so careful.

Good onya mate! I wish I had have got my P's before I left but I guess I'll be in the same boat as you and have to go and get pushed around for half a day. After that we'll have to do some touring though!

I'm looking at getting a bike that would be set up for some good rides around the countryside. It is called the hyosung GT650S - what do you think? Other bikes on my shortlist are the Honda VTR250 and Kawasaki ER500.

Hey Pinks,
Nah.. I've now started working from 7.30am - 4pm. So I'll be in the office early a lot from now on. I really like it too!
