Last game of the season with the Uni-Norths Owls

Our rugby team had its last game of the year in August against Easts. We came out victorious from the clash. I'm pictured below with the club's third-grade side. Though we didn't make the finals this year, I had a great time with the club and reckon that it helped to keep me sane during my final year at the ANU. The club attracts a great bunch of blokes and I am always grateful to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with them. Here's to a huge 2011 season!

Rhi's looking a bit knackered in that profile photo! I'll try to get to a rugby game shortly but can't get enough time off to join the team. Stay tuned to the blog because I will get it up to date in the next couple of weeks, I reckon, and you'll be able to see a bit of my new town. I enjoyed seeing photos of Little Rhi walking around on your blog. Please say "hello" to both of the girls from me. Also, I just finished writing you an old-fashioned letter and will post it tomorrow. Cheers, Mate, and keep mind and trust that you're keeping in shape for rugby 2011! I'm missing it and it's still the off-season there in Aus!

We're all sick at the moment with something Rhi brought home from daycare.

I notice that right next to South Bend is Elkhart, which used to be known as the 'brass instrument capital of the world'. If you go there it would be great to visit one of the instrument factories (I think they are still there) - take some pictures if you're allowed!
